Placement Process

Elite Care Canada prides itself on its flexibility and professionalism. Many families are surprised to find out they can have a caregiver in their home from abroad in two months or less. The standard for the industry may very well start from as much as four months, but Elite Care soars above the standard with a recruiting program that simultaneously provides for immediate need and long-term planning.

Step 1 – The Match

When you submit your Host Family Profile with our agency, a Human Resources Professional works in tandem with the Advanced Matching System to create a pool of candidates based upon your needs and interests within a matter of hours. These candidates’ profiles are immediately provided to you. While we pride ourselves matching families within the first selection results, additional work is provided free of cost to narrow your search as needed.

Step 2 – The Choice

Once you’ve made your choice and want to interview one or more of the caregivers who’s profiles we sent to you, we make sure you have their contact information right away so that we can have your placement confirmed at your earliest convenience. Once the interview is completed and you are sure of your choice, you may be just weeks away from being the new host to a live-in caregiver.

Step 3 – The Paperwork

We will send you the forms to sign and tell you where they need to be sent.

That’s right, we make it that easy!

Once your caregiver’s paperwork is cleared, we have her come to Canada straight away to meet your family and start in her new position.

Step 4 – Epilogue

Your nanny is settled in, your family is enjoying a more manageable schedule, and you have more time for yourself. Elite Care is still here to help you.
