In addition to our support staff being available to help with any questions you have throughout your caregiver’s placement, Elite Care also sends you the important materials you need before your nanny arrives in our welcome package to families.

The Elite Care placement guarantee protects you and your family’s investment. If, for any reason, the placement our agency has provided does not meet your expectations and you decide you want to cancel it, Elite Care will provide a free replacement at any time during up to 24 months.

Elite Care Canada also uses the services of a dedicated Immigration Law firm to ensure the highest standards are met with your file. When you find a caregiver through our agency, all of these legal services will be provided without additional charge. This not only guarantees high-quality affordable service, it also ensures that your file will not be handled by someone with split responsibilities. We take this process very seriously and hold ourselves to the best service possible.

What about our nanny?

No matter what their preconceptions are, most families come to see their caregiver as a member of the household. We respect our clients and we respect the caregivers we place. This is the reason why we provide support for them from day one and well past their placement.

Getting settled in a new country is no simple task, so Elite Care provides all of its caregivers with critical information packages to make sure that they aware of their rights, knowledgeable about how to register for services like healthcare, and informed as to how they can contact their friends and family when needed.

Elite Care also provides a toll-free number for all of its caregivers to call at any time, if they need help, suggestions, or advice. New places can mean new considerations and Elite Care takes great pride in its ability to help build bridges of understanding to aid in caregivers adjusting and feeling comfortable in their new positions.

Group events are also as regular as the seasons at Elite Care and we regularly arrange for outings where caregivers from across Canada’s many regions can meet, make new friends, and build their support systems.
